This is a fun, fast paced work environment with variety in the day to day operation of the store.  We are currently seeking ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER Candidates for our VIRGINIA, MN store. 
Responsibilities include operational, merchandising, administrative functions within the store. Leading and training a staff in providing exceptional customer service. Store opening and closing responsibilities. Driving sales through customer service and report analysis. Ensure the appearance store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.

 Requirements Must have 3+ years of retail management experience in Big Box or Specialty Retail.

Strong organizational and leadership skills and interpersonal/communication skills with strong 
problem solving ability and analytical skills.   Enthusiasm and initiative are key. Ability and desire to provide our customers with a high level of service, as well as train and motivate the staff to do the same. 
Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment. Ensure floor moves are complete and accurate. 
Walk the floor regularly to manage daily responsibilities.

Merchandise knowledge preferred, such as apparel, exercise, footwear, field and stream or general athletics, but not necessary.
